INGREDIENTS LIST
- One package Maria & Ricardo Soft Yellow Corn Tortillas
- 12 ounces, New York Sirloin strip steak
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ tablespoon Garlic, minced (optional)
- 3 ounces sour cream
- ½ ounce whole milk
- 6 each fresh red radish, sliced thinly
- Small bunch fresh cilantro, washed and chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Hot sauce, to taste (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Trim fat from steak, season with salt, pepper and garlic. Grill or broil until medium. Set aside to rest for minimum of 10 minutes
- While the steak rests, combine sour cream and milk and mix thoroughly
- Once the steak has rested, slice into ¼ inch thick slices
- Warm tortillas in a medium high pan or griddle and place on the plates
- Evenly distribute the steak on the warm tortillas and top with cilantro and sliced radishes
- Drizzle with sour cream and serve immediately with fresh lime wedges
- Add hot sauce to taste (optional)
