INGREDIENTS LIST
- 1/2 pound grilled boneless chicken breast, sliced
- 4 Maria & Ricardo’s® White Flour Burrito Size
- 3 - 4 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 4 cups packed fresh organic baby spinach
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 large ripe tomato, rinsed, trimmed and chopped
DIRECTIONS
- Season cooked chicken to taste with salt and pepper
- Spread 1T of dressing on the top half of each Maria & Ricardo’s® White Flour Burrito Tortillas
- Top each wrap with equal portions of chicken, spinach, cheese, red onion and tomato
- Fold the bottom side of the wrap over filling, then fold left and right sides to center, then roll to close.
